Aduojo Abah, Esq.

Aduojo holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) degree. He was admitted to practice law in Nigeria on the 7th November, 2006 as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Aduojo Abah, Esq. is a Notary Public of Nigeria and a member of Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

Aduojo started his law career in the law firm of J.K Gadzama (SAN) & Partners in 2006 while on National Youth Service and later joined the law firm of Lanre Ogunlesi (SAN) & Co. in September, 2007 for further professional trainings.

In September, 2008 he joined Rocheba Law Group, where he rose to become Deputy Head of Practice of Rocheba Solicitors and the Editor of Nigerian Labour Law Reports (N.L.L.R). Aduojo left Rocheba Solicitors to Join Joe Abrahams (SAN) & Company in April, 2013 as a partner and the Head of Litigation.

Aduojo founded Pearl Attorneys in 2017 in partnership with other legal practitioners who have developed versatility in the various practice areas of the firm.

His legal interest includes, corporation law, Labour Law & Industrial Relations, Secured Credits Transactions, Energy and Natural Resources, Maritime, Capital Market, Insurance, Information Communication Technology and Corporate Re-organisation and Insolvency.

Aduojo is an independent Non-Executive Director of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc. He is the Chair, Governance, Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.

Aduojo is a member of Nigerian Bar Association. He is also a member of NBA Section on Business Law and NBA Section on Legal Practice.
